Terroir.
Coffee Is an Expression of Place
In the highlands of Chiriquí, Panama, Arango Estate rises more than 1,650 meters above sea level, in a landscape shaped by mountains, volcanic soils, water and biodiversity.
Here, coffee is inseparable from its environment.
Altitude, climate, soil, water and time come together to create the conditions in which our coffees develop their identity.
This is our terroir.
BORN IN THE HIGHLANDS
Los Pozos · Tierras Altas · Chiriquí · Panama
At high elevation, cooler mountain conditions allow coffee cherries to mature gradually, giving each variety the time and environment to develop its own character.
But altitude is only the beginning.
At Arango Estate, coffee grows within a living mountain ecosystem where volcanic soils, natural water sources, shade and biodiversity interact with careful agricultural management.
Every harvest is shaped by this place.

VOLCANIC ORIGIN
It Begins Beneath the Coffee Tree
The volcanic landscape of Chiriquí has shaped the land where Arango Estate grows. Combined with elevation and the mountain environment, these soils form part of the foundation of our terroir.
Origin begins in the land.
ONE ORIGIN. TWO EXPRESSIONS.
Arango Estate · Panama
The same terroir can speak in different ways.
At Arango Estate, Geisha and Caturra grow within the same mountain environment, yet each variety interprets it differently.
Our Geisha becomes Lilines Reserve d'Or : an expression of elegance, refinement and family legacy.
Our Caturra becomes Volkan Terroir : an expression deeply connected to the volcanic land and mountain from which it comes.
Two varieties shaped by the same soil, water, altitude and ecosystem.
